About The President

Mr. Hayden has 25 years of hands on experience in Quality, Reliability, Research & Development, and Manufacturing of complex electromechanical systems, from nuclear missile guidance systems to medical devices to subsea network systems. He holds a dual degree Bachelors in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Clarkson University, a Masters in Engineering Management-Quality and Reliability from Northeastern University, and an MBA in Marketing from Auburn university......all leading US schools in areas of expertise.

Mr. Hayden also holds a number of professional certifications: ASQ Certified Quality Engineer(CQE), Reliability Engineer(CRE), Quality Auditor(CQA), Biomedical Auditor(CBA), Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence(CMQ/OE), RAPS Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC), RAB/QSA International QMS Auditor, and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Mr. Hayden has served with distinction as a state level Malcolm Baldridge examiner for the US Senate Quality Award, and has also assisted a private firm to win this quality award (and again as finalist).

Mr Hayden is a Senior Member of ASQ and has served the Quality field by promoting Quality principles and education on several regional ASQ Boards of Directors, Memphis Association for Quality Board of Directors, and Volusia County (FL) Manufacturing Association and Manufacturing Excellence Division Board of Directors. He also contributes to several ISO standards Technical Committees.

Mr. Hayden is affiliated with AAMI, IEEE, ASME, ASQ, AdvaMed, RAPS, and RAB/QSA.

Mr. Hayden contributes by action or funding to a number of charitable causes; serving on local Board of Directors for the American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, Helping Hands, Adopt a Soldier, Goodwill, Salvation Army, US Olympic Team, Humane Association, United Way, NPR, various local food banks, physical and mental rahabilitation services, and many others.
